Shipping Information

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product 
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. 
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
To most major countries, it typically takes between 12 and 21 days for an order to reach its destination. Some remote areas may take a bit longer.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, once your order ships out you'll automatically receive an email with all of the appropriate tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us so we can check the status of your order.

If you are unhappy with your item(s) or no longer require them, you are welcome to send them back to us using our free returns service or visit one of our standalone stores within the UK for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
